To quote you properly for your tour, kindly provide us following information by filling the below mentioned form:

• Destinations that you wish to explore.

• Number of persons (please give us the no. of adults and children (below 12 years) separately)

• Your convenient days and dates (if you have any specific date of departure, then kindly mention it)

• Mode of travel to destination (Whether you wish to travel by flight or by train. If you are thinking to travel by train, then kindly specify the booking class)

• Type of vehicle required (Air-conditioned or non Air-conditioned)

• Your tentative budget

• Any specific hotels, where you would like to stay

• …and any other information that will help us to design a good holiday for you and make supporting travel arrangements.

We will give you a day-wise itinerary, with approx. quote based on the input given by you. Please note that during this process we do not hold a room at any of the destinations. Once the itinerary and quotation is approved, you are requested to fill-up the booking form uploaded on our website. After receiving the form personally / through e-mail, we will start to block the room / rooms for you at the respective destinations. Should they not be available, we will get back to you with suitable options and associated changed charges (if any). Post your approval to the changes, we will “confirm” the rooms on your behalf. Any changes / cancellation beyond this point will incur cancellation charges.

We book Railway and / or Flight tickets when we receive your advance amount. Please note that the airfares change from time to time and may have increased as compared to the fares available at the start of the enquiry. Post your approval of the changed air cost (if any), we book your flight and Railway bookings on the available rates (approved by you) as on booking day. 

Once we get the confirmations from the concerned operators/ suppliers, We issue and deliver the Railway tickets, flight tickets, hotel vouchers, transport voucher along with the detailed itinerary. Final Payment should reach us / in our bank account at least 15 days prior to your tour departure.
